How can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched our system will automatically send you an email / sms to confirm that your order has been dispatched, along with the tracking number and a link to the carriers website, so that you can track the progress and delivery of your order.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

How do I get an invoice for my order?

When an order is placed via our online shop, you can see your historical orders by logging into your account. From here you can select orders and download a PDF invoice.

Can I return a product I purchased from you?
